First awareness workshop on medical supplies exports to Africa
In the framework of “together to Export” initiative, ECMI organized a workshop to the manufacturers of the medical supplies & devices to explain how to access the SADC countries and how to start exporting to Tanzania. The workshop tackled the following points:
Egypt – Africa Trade Agreements.
Medical Supplies & Devices Sector in Africa.
The Egyptian Medical Supplies & Devices’ Exports to Africa.
Medical Supplies & Devices Sector in Tanzania.
ECMI’s Roadmap for the Medical Supplies & Devices Sector.
The workshop also tackled the technical certificates needed to export to Africa and this was presented by Dr. Wael Neama the Chairman of Tatweer Company. In addition, Suez Canal Bank presented its services and how to assist the Egyptian companies while exporting to Africa.
